Preparing this recipe for chops in chipotle spicy sauce with cream in just two very simple steps will take less than 40 minutes. These are cutlets cooked with onion and potatoes, accompanied by a rich creamy sauce made with Tomato Puree with Chilpotle Del Fuerte®, which gives a special touch to the flavor of the meat. You can use natural or smoked chops, just remember that natural chops take a little longer to cook.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil
  • 1 cup onion, cut into strips
  • 5 pork chops
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree with Chilpotle Del Fuerte®, 210 grams
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 cups potato, cooked chambray and cut in half
  • enough parsley, finely chopped

Preparation

Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil, fry the onion with the pork chops until they are cooked and browned. Then pour the Tomato Puree with Chilpotle del Fuerte® and the cream, and add all the ingredients.
Add the potatoes to cook with all the ingredients and serve with rice. Enjoy

PRESENTATION

Serve the pork chops with rice.

TIPS

Quedó muy delicioso, y es muy fácil. Solo recomendaría cocer un poco las papas antes de vertir el puré, porque a mí parecer les faltó un poquito, pero es cuestión de gustos ^^
