To give a delicious touch of flavor to this recipe for pork chops in poblano sauce we use Margarina Primavera®. So it will be an easy dish and everyone at home will enjoy. Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 tablespoon of Margarina Primavera® 400 g
  • 4 pork chops smoked
  • 1/4 of onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 Cup of rajas poblanas
  • 1 Cup of cream
  • 1/2 Cup of chicken soup
  • 1/2 Cup of coriander
  • to taste of Salt
  • to taste of black pepper
  • enough of rajas poblanas to decorate
  • enough of corn yellow to decorate
  • enough of rice To accompany
  • enough of bean To accompany

    Preparation

    In a pan add Margarina Primavera® and cook the chops on both sides. Reservation.
    For the sauce: blend the onion, garlic, poblano rajas, cream, chicken broth, cilantro, salt and pepper.
    In a pot add Margarina Primavera® and cook the poblano sauce for 15 minutes.
    Serve the cutlet, bathe with the poblano sauce and decorate with rajas and yellow corn. Enjoy
    Accompany with rice and beans.
