Preparation
Fry the chops on both sides in a frying pan until golden brown.
Add sliced or sliced onions to the chops.
Chop the tomato in cubes and add it to the stew, season with salt, cumin and pepper and sauté everything.
Once the tomato and onion are soft, add the chard chopped into large pieces and leave to cook.
