Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 pork chop
  • 1 bunch chard
  • 1 pending, girl
  • 1 tomtato
  • 1 can pickled chili
  • cumin, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Fry the chops on both sides in a frying pan until golden brown.
Add sliced ​​or sliced ​​onions to the chops.
Chop the tomato in cubes and add it to the stew, season with salt, cumin and pepper and sauté everything.
Once the tomato and onion are soft, add the chard chopped into large pieces and leave to cook.
Finally add the full can of harvested serrano chiles, with the juice, onion and carrot they bring, boil and remove from heat.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a platter with frijolitos from the pot and served with a bowl of aguada pasta soup or serve on a platter with white or red rice and the soup of your choice!

TIPS

I always recommend getting meat in reliable establishments, removing as much fat as possible and frying using olive oil. Swiss chard can be substituted for any other kelp such as spinach, purslane or your choice.
