Preparation
Mix cream and mustard and season with salt and pepper. Reserve.
Beat the eggs in a deep dish.
Put the flour in another deep dish and season with 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
Put the bread crumbed in another deep dish.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
Pass the meat through the flour, covering both sides well.
Then go through the egg and cover.
Finally cover in the ground bread until completely covered.
Repeat with all the pork chops.
Put the oil in a pan over medium heat.
Put half the chops until golden brown (2 minutes per side).
Repeat with the rest of the chops.
Put on napkin towels to remove excess grease.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with lemon and mustard cream.
