Preparation
Fry the chops in oil and reserve.
Blend tomatoes, onion, cilantro and chile serrano.
In a pan with little oil, place the chops, add the nopales and fry for 3 minutes.
Add the liquefied sauce, the epazote branches and a little salt and pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes.
