Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo pork meat, solid, in pieces and cooked
  • 500 grams tomato, clean and cut in half (green tomatoes)
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 jalapeño peppers
  • 1 1/2 cups broth, of cooking meat (375 ml)
  • 1 cup Water, 250 ml
  • 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon
  • 4 potatoes, chopped into cubes and cooked

Preparation

Blend the tomatoes with onion, garlic, chilies, broth, water and broth.
Heat the oil and sauté the sauce for 3 minutes, add the meat and potatoes. Leave in the fire for 5 minutes or until it breaks the boil.

PRESENTATION

A good option is to present white rice as a presentation.

TIPS

Try to keep the broth of the pork cooking as it will be needed. If you want the meat to be cut into cubes before cooking it, it is to your taste or that you also discard it to taste.

Solo una pregunta los tomates y chiles se hecha crudos a licuar o necesitan estar cocidos? Me parece muy bien la receta fácil pero le faltan detalles
