Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams SuKarne® boneless pork leg
  • 1/3 cups hoisin sauce
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • ginger, finely chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • siracha sauces , to taste
  • 200 shitake mushrooms, hydrated and in strips
  • 1/2 purple cabbages, grated
  • 4 carrots, in juliana
  • chives, to decorate
  • fresh coriander, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the hoisin sauce, the sesame oil, the garlic, ginger, vinegar and the siracha sauce. Reservation.
In another bowl, place the meat and season with salt and pepper.
In a wok, pour some sesame oil. Heat and add pork, let cook until golden brown.
Remove the wok from the heat and add a little more oil. Add the mushrooms, let them fry for 5 minutes. Add the cabbage and carrot, mix. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is soft.
Remove from heat and mix with meat, green onions and cilantro. It serves.
