Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 1/4 kilos pork loin
  • 1/4 kilos seedless prune
  • 1 onion, slice
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 bottles Red wine
  • cornstarch
  • salt, to taste
  • 2 cups Water
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Put the oil in a saucepan and fry the loin. In the same saucepan, fry the onion, place the thyme and 2 cups of water and let the tenderloin cook in soft heat, covered.
Soak the plums in the meantime in the red wine and add it to the tenderloin since it is almost cooked.
Leave the loin in the saucepan until it is very soft. When it is ready, remove it from the sauce. Let the sauce cool a little and mix it in the blender.
Pour the sauce back in the saucepan, season it with salt and pepper and thicken it with a little cornstarch.
Once the loin is cold, slice it, place it in a large platter or oven proof dish and coat it with the plum sauce.

PRESENTATION

Garnish the loin with prunes and its sauce.

No se entiende cuando el tema de la salsa ha que explica el vino con la ciruela u el agua von el tomillo u cebolla cual es cual la salsa que acompaña

Solo la receta de salsa de ciruela. Necesito la receta de ésta salsa porque la pondré en piernas al hornome podrían hacer el favor de decirme si se puede hacer aparte onecesariamente se tiene que hacer con los jugos de la carne.Gracias.
