Pork Loin with Hummus Libanius

Preoara this rich pork loin with bacon and hummus libanius, is a different dish and perfect for dining with family or friends celebrating a special occasion. Do not let it pass.

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 Cup of almond filleted
  • 100 grams of bacon
  • 2 cloves of Garlic finely chopped
  • to taste of garlic powder
  • to taste of onion powder
  • 1 pinch of grain salt
  • to taste of Hummus Libanius®

    Preparation

    With a knife make perforations in the pork loin and introduce the almonds and chopped garlic .
    Sprinkle the loin with the garlic and onion powder and the grain salt.
    Wrap the loin with the bacon and put in a pan without oil so that it browns a little on the outside and then take to the oven for 45 minutes at 200 ° C, so that it cooks inside.
