Ingredients

4 servings
  • pork tenderloin marinated (leftovers) amount needed
  • 10 pieces of flour tortillas
  • 100 grams of Cotija cheese
  • 150 milliliters of sour cream
  • 20 pieces of toothpick
  • 300 milliliters of vegetable oil

    Preparation

    Heat flour tortillas to make them easier to handle. Splice two tortillas (one third of one on one third of the other), fill them in the loin (previously chopped), form a large taco and close with chopsticks. Fry them in hot oil, taking care not to burn. Remove them, drain them and pass them through absorbent paper.
    Remove the chopsticks, arrange the tacos in a refractory and bathe with the marinade sauce on the leg.
    Preheat an oven to 170 ° C, bake the tacos for about 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven, add cream and crumbled cheese, serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the tacos with a bit of lettuce, and a green sauce.

    TIPS

    You can replace the flour tortilla with a corn tortilla.
