Toast and put to soak the chipotles and chiles mulatos and pasilla. Roast the tomatoes and grind them together with the chiles, onion and garlic.
In the hot butter add the ground ingredients and fry. Add the broth in which the pork was cooked, season with salt and let it condense well.
In a pan with lard the tortillas are browned, half of them are put on a platter, and soaked in the prepared chiles. Scrambled eggs are placed on top, covered with the other half of tortillas, also soaked in chili.
Finally pour all the chile sauce, covering them well. Garnish with sliced cold pork, chorizo and cheese placed on top.
