Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 pork tenderloin, (1.5 kg) cut into a butterfly shape
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 apple, peeled and minced in small cubes
  • 1 onion, girl finely chopped
  • 1 branch celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1 cup Apple sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 1/2 baguettes, in pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground clove
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground ginger

Preparation

Melt the butter in a pan, add the apple, onion, celery and walnut. Cook until the ingredients have softened
Add the applesauce, then add the water and the pieces of bread
When the bread has absorbed the juices, season with the spices (cinnamon, salt, clove, walnut and ginger)
