Cochinita Pibil Rapida in Pressure Cooker

Prepare this recipe for cochinita pibil in a pressure cooker that is very easy to make and delicious. Do not be afraid to use the pressure cooker, it is a great tool for cooking dishes easier.

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of Pork Meat in pieces to shred
  • 100 grams of annatto paste
  • 1 tooth of Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of ground oregano
  • 3 Whole black peppers
  • 1 sheet of banana
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 200 milliliters of Orange juice
  • 300 milliliters of Apple vinager
  • to taste of Salt
  • 150 milliliters of Water
  • 1/4 of purple Onion filleted

    Preparation

    Put the meat in the pressure cooker. Apart liquefy the rest of the ingredients except the onion and empty in the pressure cooker. Cover the pot and cook for 30 min.
