Ingredients

6 portions
  • 400 grams pork rib, In pieces
  • 400 grams pork tenderloin, In pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups black bean, soaked in water the night before and drained
  • 1 Cube Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning
  • 1 sausage, sliced
  • 1/2 cups onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 red tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 on Knorr® White Instant Rice, At your service

Preparation

Place the two types of pork in the espresso pot. Add enough water (approximately 2 liters)
Without covering the pot, let it boil and remove the foam or impurities from the meat.
Add the beans, the cube of Knorr® tomato sauce, cover the pot and cook for 40 minutes counting the time from when the valve sounds. Reserve.
Fry, in a separate pot, the chorizo ​​with onion and garlic for 2 minutes; add the tomato, cumin and cook for 3 more minutes.
Pour the cooked meat and beans (with everything and broth). Let it boil for 5 minutes over medium heat moving from time to time.
