Filled Pork Tenderloin Marinated

Enjoy this delicious and spectacular tenderloin filled with apples and nuts, with a delicious marinade of chilies that you will love, ideal for parties and enjoy it with your family. So juicy that it will be impossible to resist.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of bacon for the filling, finely chopped
  • 1/2 piece of onion for the filling, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of Garlic for the filling, finely chopped
  • 2 cups of Apple for the filling, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 of Cup of raisin for the filling
  • 1/4 of Cup of dried fruit mixed, for the filling
  • 1/2 Cup of almond filleted, for filling
  • 1/2 Cup of nut for the filling, finely chopped
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • to taste of thyme
  • 3 pieces of wide chili for marinade (deveined and soaked)
  • 2 pieces of guajillo chile for marinade (deveined and soaked)
  • 3 pieces of Chipotle pepper for marinade
  • 1/4 of piece of onion for marinade
  • 2 teeth of Garlic for marinade
  • 1 teaspoonful of Dried oregano for marinade
  • 1 teaspoonful of fat pepper for marinade
  • 1 tablespoon of oil for marinade
  • 2 kilos of pork tenderloin clean and in sheet

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Fry the bacon in a pan, add the onion, garlic, apples, raisins, dried fruits, almonds, nuts. Cook 10 minutes, salpimenta; let cool and reserve.
