Preparation
In a frying pan over medium heat with a little oil add the finely chopped onions and garlic, seasoning.
Add the cream, the drained mushrooms and salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat until the mushrooms are tender. Reserve.
In a large skillet over medium heat with a little oil, cook the loin until well cooked. (You can put it in the oven with the sauce if you prefer)
Serve with the mushroom sauce and sprinkle chopped parsley.
