Prepare this pork loin very soft and juicy for the Christmas season, cooking in an apple sauce with white wine, a touch of honey and fresh thyme, this sweet sauce is ideal to accompany this rich loin and mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 kilos pork tenderloin, Moored with hemp thread
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt Sal Sol®
  • 1 pinch black pepper, milled
  • 1/4 cups butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 yellow apples, and red, cut into segments
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 3 tablespoons bee honey
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • to taste fresh thyme

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
Heat a skillet with medium heat, seal the loin tied on all sides until it browns, season with Sal Sol® Sea Salt and pepper. Remove and place it in a baking tray.
Add the butter to the same pan, cook the garlic, with the apple, pour the apple juice, the honey, the white wine and cook until it reduces. Add thyme and season with Sal Sol® Sea Salt and pepper to your liking.
Pour the previous preparation on the spine and bathe the entire piece. Bake for 40 minutes. Rest the tenderloin and cut, serve and serve with apples and sauce, enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve with apples and apple sauce, top with mashed potatoes.
