Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo pork tenderloin
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1 1/2 cups onion, slice
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup chicken soup
  • 1 cup white wine
  • pinches cornstarch, if required

Preparation

Split the garlic into strips and insert them on the back. Season with salt and pepper and seal in the oil.
In the same saucepan, put the onion and let it sit. Add the pepper, orange juice, chicken broth, white wine and let it boil for a few minutes. If the sauce does not thick add a pinch of cornstarch.
Add the loin to the pan and put it in the oven for 45 minutes, or an hour until it is soft (180 degrees). Take it out of the oven and let it cool in the sauce.
Once it is at room temperature, slice the loin and put it on a platter.
Strain the sauce and put on top of the loin. Garnish with orange slices, and accompany with glazed carrots and chips.
