Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cups Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoons coriander powder
  • 1/2 cups orange juice

Preparation

Cut the garlic cloves into sticks.
With the tip of a sharp knife pierce the entire surface of the loin and insert the garlic sticks into the cuts. Place in a refractory. Mix the dressing, the lemon juice, the cilantro and pour over the tenderloin. Turn the spine to cover well with the dressing mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hrs to marinate.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Remove the back of the refrigerator, cover the refractory with aluminum foil and bake for 30 min, turning the meat frequently so that it is brown on all sides.
Reduce the oven temperature to 160 ° C. Sauté the loin with the orange juice. Bake for 1 hour or 1 hour and a half more until the meat is cooked.
