Preparation
Heat 1/4 cup of the dressing in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pork loin and cook until brown on both sides. Remove from the pan.
Place 1/2 cup of the remaining dressing, the onion, the jalapeño and the garlic, in the pan. Incorporate the beer until it boils, return the pork loin in the pan and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for 20 min or until fully cooked.
To serve.
