We present a delicious pork loin in the style of Yucatecan cuisine, pork loin al pibil. It is an easy recipe that you will love, the meat is very juicy and the sauce is spectacular.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 jar Adobo Pibil Cocina Mestiza®
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1.5 kilos pork tenderloin
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 lemon, (your juice)
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Grind in a blender with a little water, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture into a large plastic bag and put the spine. Stir well with your hands so that the loin is covered and marinate for 1 to 6 hours.
Set aside a bowl mix the Adobo Pibil Cocina Mestiza with the orange juice and the one with the lemons.
Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
In a pot that can be put in the oven, heat the oil on the stove. Stir the loin and marinade and brown it up and down. Turn off and remove from the stove.
Pour the marinade mixture over the pork. Bake for 1 hour. Test if it is cooked in the center.
Serve with Salsa Habanera Mixed Cuisine. And Serve with beans, rice and avocado.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plate with fresh tortillas.
