Pork Loin in Onion Sauce

Recipe super easy and quick to make at any time, a delicious dish that you can enjoy at home. This pork loin in onion sauce is an option that you can not miss.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of pork tenderloin
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 20 milliliters of brandy
  • 200 milliliters of cream liquid
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of nutmeg powder
  • enough of oil
  • 20 grams of parsley finely chopped, to decorate

    Preparation

    Fry the steaks, with a little oil in a hot pan. Reservation.
    Chop the onion and garlic. Fry them in the pan where you prepared the tenderloin.
    Once they are golden add the brandy and let it reduce the alcohol one minute. Add the liquid cream; cook for a few minutes until it thickens a little and reduces.
    Add the nutmeg and finish cooking the onion with the cream. Once it has reduced well, liquefy the sauce.
    In a dish pour some base sauce, place the fillets on it and bathe with a little more. Garnish with parsley.
