Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of pork sirloin
  • 3 soup spoons of raisins
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 200 grams of spinach
  • grams of Salt to taste
  • grams of black pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Cook the spinach, drain well and sauté with the grapes in half the butter or olive oil. We preheat the oven to 180ºC.
    Open the sirloin in half, with the help of a rolling pin we crush it to make it thin.
    We put the spinach with the grapes in the center of the sirloin and make a roll. We wrap it in aluminum foil and put it in the oven 50 min. After this time we take out the roll of aluminum foil and bake it 10 more minutes.
    We serve it cut in slices.

    se me antoja Se ve deliciosa aunque no me queda muy claro dice la receta que se sirve en rodajas pero en la foto se ve bañado con una salsa y en las indicaciones no se menciona nada de eso podrian aclararlo por favor
