Prepare this easy recipe for Pork Loin with Chipotle Cream Sauce. It is a very rich dish, ideal for preparing any day of the week and for serving after a soup. Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/4 of cup of chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • 1 kilo of pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup of whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 5 chipotle chilies hydrated and seedless
  • 1/2 cup of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/8 of onion
  • enough of salt
  • enough of black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • enough of parsley to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (356F).
In a bowl, mix the chilli powder with the oil, garlic and thyme.
On a board tie up the loin, place it in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper, cover with the mixture of chilies. Bake for 40 minutes or until done.
For chipotle sauce, blend cream with milk, cream cheese, dried and marinated chipotle, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, oregano, and nutmeg until a smooth sauce is obtained.
In a pot, cook the sauce for 10 minutes or until it thickens and reserve.
On a board, cut the loin into slices.
Serve the tenderloin on a plate with the sauce and decorate with parsley, serve with mashed potatoes and enjoy.

TIPS

It is very easy to make the chili powder, just bake your favorite chiles for 5 minutes and liquefy them until you get powder.

Hola! Yo lo hice, salió muy rico, nada seco y la salsa deliciosa. Lo único que puedo comentar, es que no se tardó 40 minutos en el horno como dice la receta, sino 21/2 horas!!!!
