Ingredients

  • 2 kilos pork tenderloin
  • 4 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, necessary amount
  • black pepper, necessary amount
  • 150 milliliters bee honey
  • fresh rosemary, necessary amount

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
For the marinade: mix in a bowl the mustard, finely chopped garlic , olive oil, salt, pepper, honey and rosemary, mixing perfectly.
Chop the loin of pork so that it penetrates the marinade and salpimienta. Marina with the mixture and lid with aluminum foil.
