A good pork steak is a dish that we all like, prepare this recipe of pork fillet and vegetables in the oven that is simple to prepare and the result is spectacular.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup celery, in cubes
  • 1 cup red onion, in cubes
  • 1 cup sweet potato, in cubes
  • 1/4 cups Italian dressing
  • 1 green apple, in cubes
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan, grated
  • 1 pork steak
  • bread crumbs

Preparation

Heat the oven to 200 ° C.
Mix the vegetables with the dressing and the cheese; sprinkle on a baking tray (tray) lined with baking paper. Bake for 15 min.
Cut the pork fillet into 8 pieces.
Incorporate apples. Top the meat with the bread mixture as indicated on the package; put it on the tray.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until the meat is cooked, and the vegetables are tender.
Remove from the oven, let the meat rest 3 min. before slicing it
