Preparation
Mix the blue cheese, the breadcrumbs and the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0% in a bowl.
Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper, seal in a hot pan. Roast in the hot oven until lightly pink, let stand for 10 minutes.
In a separate pan, cook the spinach.
Put the spinach on the plate and on top of the sliced pork. Place the Greek Style Yoghurt Blend FAGE® Total 0% on the top and glaze on a hot grill until golden brown.
