Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 pork sirloin
  • 1 package spinach
  • 1/4 cups blue cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups Yoghurt Greek Style FAGE® Total 0%
  • 2 tablespoons bread crumbs, cool
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetal oil

Preparation

Mix the blue cheese, the breadcrumbs and the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0% in a bowl.
Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper, seal in a hot pan. Roast in the hot oven until lightly pink, let stand for 10 minutes.
In a separate pan, cook the spinach.
Put the spinach on the plate and on top of the sliced ​​pork. Place the Greek Style Yoghurt Blend FAGE® Total 0% on the top and glaze on a hot grill until golden brown.
