Preparation
Heat the oil and sauté the vegetables for about 5 minutes. Add the flour and leave a few minutes
Add the apple juice, the consommé the chilies, cream and let the sauce take consistency. Go to the blender and grind
Strain the sauce and add salt and pepper. Add more juice and broth as needed
Salpimienta the tenderloin. Seal the loin in hot oil. Put it in a refractory and put it in the oven with the wine. Cover with aluminum foil until well cooked
Remove the loin from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes and slice. Arrange the loin in a refractory, bathe it with the sauce and serve with French fries
