Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
In a bowl, mix the salt with the paprika, garlic powder and onion powder. Spread the whole spine with this preparation.
Seal the loin on all sides in a hot pan over high heat with the oil. Drain and place in a baking tray. Reservation.
