Pork Tenderloin in Sweet Plum Sauce

Prepare this juicy and delicious pork loin in sweet plum sauce and accompany it with a green salad. You will enjoy a delicious combination of flavors with a low calorie intake.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 3 spoonfuls of oil
  • 1200 grams of pork tenderloin cleansed
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/4 of Cup of onion chopped
  • 2 cloves of Garlic chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups of prune boneless
  • 1 1/4 cups of Orange juice
  • 2 spoonfuls of non-caloric edulcolorate bakeable
  • 2 cups of chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • to taste of Salt

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    In a bowl, mix the salt with the paprika, garlic powder and onion powder. Spread the whole spine with this preparation.
    Seal the loin on all sides in a hot pan over high heat with the oil. Drain and place in a baking tray. Reservation.
    For the sauce, heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook the onion and garlic, add the prunes, orange juice, non-caloric sweetener, chicken broth and thyme. Cook until it boils and reduce to ¾, season with a little salt. Cool slightly
    Blend the previous preparation until a smooth sauce is obtained. Pour over the loin, cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 40 minutes, bathing occasionally with the sauce.
    Uncover the loin and bake 10 more minutes. Rest 10 minutes before cutting and serve with the sauce.

    PRESENTATION

    Slice the loin, serve with the plum sauce and serve with salad or mashed potatoes.
