This pork tenderloin is ideal to spoil your family during the holiday season, as it is very yielding and nutritious. It is marinated with honey, paprika, orange juice, soy sauce, among other things, and we recommend you to constantly bathe it in its juice to hydrate it during cooking.

Ingredients

  • 2 kilos of pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 3 tablespoons of paprika
  • 3 tablespoons of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup of orange juice
  • 1/4 of cup of soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of Oli de Nutrioli® Olive Oil to seal
  • 1 tablespoon of Oli de Nutrioli® Extra virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 of onion
  • 1 tablespoon of shallot
  • 1/4 of cup of celery
  • 1/4 of cup of carrot
  • 1 cup of tangerine
  • 2 tablespoons of raw sugar
  • 1/2 cup of chicken soup
  • to taste of black pepper
  • enough of tangerine (segments) to decorate
  • enough of fresh thyme to decorate
  • Salad To accompany

Preparation

With the help of hemp thread, tie the loin to achieve uniform cooking.
For the marinade, mix the honey, paprika, onion powder, pepper, garlic, orange juice and soy sauce in a bowl; Add the tenderloin and marina for 30 minutes.
Seal the loin in a pan with Oli de Nutrioli Olive Oil® on both sides. Remove and place on a baking sheet together with the rest of the marinade. Bake at 200 ° C.
For the tangerine sauce, add the Nutrioli Extra Virgin® Oli in a pan and sauté the onion, the echalotte, the celery, the carrot, the tangerine, the muscovado sugar, the chicken stock and the pepper; let reduce and blend. Reservation.
Rest the tenderloin for 5 minutes on a table and slice with the help of a knife.
Serve and sauté with the tangerine sauce, garnish with mandarin wedges and fresh thyme. Accompany with salad.

Queda muy rico el lomo, solo que el apio junto con la mandarina hacen un sabor muy fuerte dejando un sabor al final, reduciendo la cantidad de apio y limpiando la cascarilla transparente de la mandarina queda bien la salsa
