The tikka pork loin recipe is for demanding palates who like spices. Although it has so many ingredients, it is very easy to do.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 600 grams pork tenderloin
  • 1 slice papaya, not mature
  • 3 tablespoons natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon ground chili pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoons Red food dye
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil

Preparation

Grind the papaya and put it on the back. Marinate at least 3 hours
Stir the yoghurt with the other ingredients and bathe the loin with this mixture. Put in a refractory
Bake in the oven and let it be soft and golden. Add a little hot chicken stock if necessary so it does not dry out

PRESENTATION

You can decorate it with onion slices, chopped coriander and lemon slices.

TIPS

The papaya is to soften the meat and should not be ripe so it does not sweeten the meat.
