It is a different way to use coffee in food, since this time we accompany it with the delicious taste of pork. By fusing these ingredients an exquisite delicacy is created to taste that we will not be able to stop eating.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 50 grams of fresh oregano
  • 50 grams of fresh thyme
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 200 grams of onion
  • 1 kilo of pork tenderloin
  • oils
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 200 grams of instant coffee
  • 100 grams of honey
  • vanilla essence
  • Water

    Preparation

    Blend thyme, oregano, onion and garlic.
    Empty on the back in order to marinate it. Let it rest for 30 minutes so that the meat is impregnated with the mixture.
    Seal the meat in a very hot pan with a small amount of oil.
    Add salt and pepper on both sides and put the loin already sealed on a plate and then put it in the oven, leaving it aside for a moment.
    Mix coffee with honey, a splash of vanilla essence and water.
    Bring the meat to the oven and cook at medium heat, brush it regularly with the coffee mixture. Until the meat is taking a caramelized tone at the top and is in place.

    PRESENTATION

    The pork loin can be accompanied with a salad of asparagus, arugula and spinach, boiled and sautéed cambray potatoes with butter and pepper and a glass of wine.
