Preparation
Stuff the solomo with the mushrooms, season with pepper and wrap the meat with bacon. On a grill over medium heat place the meat until the desired term.
For the sauce: In a hot pan add the whiskey, cream cheese, poultry and cream. Cook until you reduce liquids.
Cut the potatoes into cubes, fry them and reserve.
Serve the base potatoes, the meat and bathe everything with the sauce.
