Loin stuffed with bacon and cheese, a way to integrate flavors and make the perfect mix. This dish is very simple to make and will surely surprise everyone who tries it.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 kilo of pork tenderloin (complete piece)
  • to taste of olive
  • to taste of prune
  • to taste of bacon
  • to taste of Ham
  • to taste of cheese (which is founded)
  • 1 liter of pineapple juice
  • 1 can of chipotle chile pepper girl
  • 5 pieces of Chile de árbol pepper
  • 1 piece of pasilla chili pepper
  • to taste of varied spice
  • to taste of garlic
  • to taste of Salt
  • to taste of chicken bouillon

    Preparation

    Spit the tenderloin.
    Blend pineapple juice, chipotle chili, chili peppers, garlic, onion, consommé, salt and spices.
    Fry the bacon and cut it into small pieces.
    Cut the ham into small pieces and fry.
    Fill the loin with cheese, ham, bacon, plums and olives. Close it with hemp thread or chopsticks.
    Butter the container where the loin will be baked.
    Place the loin in the bowl and bathe with the chilli sauce.
    Bake at 200 ° C for about 1 hour or until the loin is fully cooked.

    PRESENTATION

    You can accompany it with mashed potato and dry tortilla soup with green chili, potato and carrot salad or white soup and mashed potatoes.

    TIPS

    Let marinate for a day and so the flavor will be more intense.
