Preparation
Stretch the loin on a tray.
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the pineapple, apple and raisins; to then add salt, pepper and SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated.
Place this preparation on the pork loin and close. Tie with a wick and season with crushed garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
Add the remaining oil in a pan and seal the pork loin until golden brown.
Place on a baking sheet, and bake at 150 ° C for 40 minutes until well cooked.
Remove and transfer to a pan the juice that released the spine during cooking, let reduce until a thick sauce is obtained. Remove from the fire.
Cut the loin into slices and cover with the sauce.
