Ingredients

  • 300 grams of pork tenderloin cut into strips
  • 5 spoonfuls of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Vegetable Broth
  • 2 spoonfuls of rice vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Cup of wheat flour
  • 1 Cup of Maizena® Natural Corn Starch
  • enough of vegetable oil to fry
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of orange juice
  • 1/4 of Cup of rice vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Vegetable Broth
  • 1/4 of Cup of sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoonful of Maizena® Natural Corn Starch hydrated with cold water
  • 1/4 of Cup of cambray onion (colitas)
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 package of Cauliflower Eva® Bits 454 grams
  • enough of black sesame seed
  • enough of purple cabbage cut strips
  • enough of carrot thinly sliced
  • enough of cucumber sliced
  • enough of coriander
  • enough of cambray onion (colitas)

    Preparation

    In a bowl, marinade the pork with the soy sauce, the Knorr® Vegetable Broth, the rice vinegar and the egg for 15 minutes. Reservation.
    In another bowl, mix the previously marinated pork with the wheat flour, the Maizena® Natural Corn Starch and fry all the strips over medium heat until golden and crispy; Place on absorbent paper and reserve.
    Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil, fry the garlic, pour the orange juice, the rice vinegar, the ketchup sauce, the Knorr® Vegetable Broth, the sweet chili sauce, the Maizena® Natural Corn Starch, and cook until you get a thick sauce. Then place the pork strips in the sauce and cook 2 more minutes; sprinkle with the onions of chambray and reserve.
    In a pot with boiling water with rice vinegar and sugar, cook the Eva® Cauliflower Bits according to the packaging instructions. Remove from cooking and reserve.
    Serve the previous preparation in a bowl with the sweet and sour pork, sprinkle with sesame, accompany with the cabbage, carrot, cucumber and cilantro. Enjoy

    Garnish with sesame, carrot, cabbage and cucumber.

    TIPS
