This recipe for taco placero is delicious, and it's not complicated at all. Try it, you'll love it!

Ingredients

20 servings
  • 1/2 kilo of carnitas solid or skirt, in stub
  • 1/4 of kilo of pork rind thin
  • 1 tamale de charal (market)
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 1 twig of papaloquelite
  • 2 avocados
  • fresh cheeses grated, to taste
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Serrano cpeppers chopped, to taste
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 kilo of Corn tortillas

    Preparation

    Crumble the meat and the pork rind. Chop the finely cilantro. The papaloquelite chop it and put it aside in a container to be served to taste. Chop the chili, the onion and the tomato. Crumble the tamales of charales.
    Mix everything previously minced and crumbled in a large bowl, add the striped cheese. The avocado is added as it is going to be served since it can get dark.
    (If you want, make a separate red sauce to put the tacos, but the dish already has the chopped chili.)

    TIPS

    The tacos are made by putting the tortilla in the container and directly served by hand.
