This delicious mandarin loin is a perfect dish to serve at Christmas or any other important event in which you want to show off with your cooking skills.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 800 grams pork loin
  • 6 tangerine
  • 10 slices bacon
  • chipotle chiles, to taste, without seeds, cut into thin strips
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • olive oils
  • allspices
  • 1 clove garlic, party in medium pieces

Preparation

Cut the loin into 8 pieces.
Wrap the loin with the bacon and fix it with chopsticks.
Squeeze the juice from half of the tangerines and cut the other into segments.
In a pot put the oil to heat, brown the meat on both sides, add the slices of mandarin, chipotle, garlic, pepper. Add the juice, olive oil and salt to taste.
Cover and leave on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
