Preparation
Cut the loin into 8 pieces.
Wrap the loin with the bacon and fix it with chopsticks.
Squeeze the juice from half of the tangerines and cut the other into segments.
In a pot put the oil to heat, brown the meat on both sides, add the slices of mandarin, chipotle, garlic, pepper. Add the juice, olive oil and salt to taste.
Cover and leave on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
