Try this recipe for pork ribs in burnt chipotle sauce. Perfect for a meal with a home flavor and without doubt the 100% taste of a Mexican mom's food.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 kilo pork rib
  • 1 liter Water
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 1/2 kilos green tomato
  • 6 chipotle chilies, dry
  • 1 pinch ground cumin
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 nopales
  • 1 Cube chicken consommé
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Preparation

Place the pork rib in the express pot with water, 2 cloves of garlic and salt for 10 or 12 minutes. Reservation.
Wash, peel and chop the potatoes and nopales in small cubes. Reservation.
Perfectly wash the tomatoes and the dry chipotles, if you want to leave more spicy sauce can leave the veins to some chipotles. Drain Roast tomatoes, chipotles, 2 cloves of garlic and a medium slice of onion in a comal.
