Preparation
Preheat the grill, cut the pork rib if it comes together.
Place the onion, garlic, ginger, chili pepper and soy sauce in a food processor and make a paste. Pass to a sauce boat, add the lemon juice, sugar and oil. Salt and pepper are added to taste.
Put the ribs in a preheated wok or in a large pot and pour the soy mixture. It is boiled and left to simmer, stirring frequently about 30 minutes. (If it looks dry, add water)
The ribs are removed and the sauce is reserved.
Roast the ribs on the grill at medium heat, turning them over and rubbing them with the sauce, 20-30 minutes. They are transferred to a platter and served immediately.
