Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 kilo of pork rib
  • 1/4 of piece of onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of ground garlic
  • 125 grams of sugar
  • 20 grams of mustard
  • 125 milliliters of tomato sauce
  • 20 grams of onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 60 milliliters of Apple vinager
  • 60 milliliters of English sauce
  • 3 pinches of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 liter of Water

    Preparation

    Cook for the pork ribs with the water, 1/4 onion and the clove of garlic for thirty minutes.
    Sauté the chopped onion, garlic and add vinegar, English sauce, tomato sauce and lemon juice.
    Lower the temperature and thicken the mixture without stopping the stirring. Add the mustard and salt pepper.
    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (356F)and place the pork ribs previously coated with the sauce for approximately 10 minutes, remove them after ten miuntes and coat them again, and so on for 3 times more until the sauce sticks to the ribs, and finish cooking the ribs.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany the ribs with mashed potatoes.
