Preparation
Dissolve the piloncillo and vinegar in a saucepan, when incorporated, remove from heat and add honey, mustard, ketchup and English sauce, mix well.
Season the ribs, marinate them with the previous mixture and let them rest for 15 minutes.
Place the ribs in a refractory and bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes.
Flip the ribs and leave them for 20 more minutes until they are cooked.
Serve the ribs and accompany the dish with french fries.
