Ingredients

6 servings
  • 800 grams of pork rib
  • 1 can of beer stout
  • 1 piece of White onion in pieces
  • 1/4 of Cup of raw sugar
  • 2 spoonfuls of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of Bee Honey Great Value®
  • 1/4 of Cup of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 3/4 of teaspoonful of black pepper

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Place the ribs in a bowl and marina with beer, onion, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and garlic; around 2.5 hours.
    For the glaze, combine honey with soy sauce, parsley, garlic and pepper. Reserve half of the glaze.
    Wrap the ribs in foil and bake for about 1 hour. Remove the foil and pour half of the glaze. Bake 30 minutes more bathing occasionally with the glaze.
    Remove from the oven and let stand about 15 minutes. Serve with more glaze.
