Ingredients

24 servings
  • 1 kilo of pork rib
  • 1 Cup of orange juice Acid
  • 1/2 Cup of barbecue sauce
  • chipotle chili peppers
  • 1/4 of Cup of granulated piloncillo

    Preparation

    Preheats the oven to 180 ° C.
    Heat a pan with oil and seal the ribs on both sides (1 minute per side). Place them in a baking tray.
    Mix in a bowl the orange juice, piloncillo, barbecue sauce and chipotles. Salpimenta to taste.
    Bathe each rib with the help of a brush. Reserve a little sauce.
    Blend the rest of the sauce, strain it and put it to boil.
    Bake the ribs for 10 minutes or until you see that they have been fully cooked.
    Remove from oven and bathe with hot sauce before serving.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with sauce separately.

    TIPS

    You can substitute piloncillo for brown sugar. If you can not find piloncillo, buy it in a cone and use a knife to chop it.
