Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo pork rib
  • 2 guajillo chilies, deveined and hydrated in hot water
  • oregano
  • olive oils
  • McCormick® Minced Garlic
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 150 milliliters orange juice
  • mangos, in cubes
  • walnuts
  • Water, the needed
  • dried chile de árbol peppers, deveined and hydrated in hot water
  • cumin seeds
  • 1 drizzle apple vinegar

Preparation

Soak the chiles in hot water for 10 minutes.
Clean the ribs. They can be marinated in one piece or separated.
For the marinade: Blend all the ingredients (chiles, spices, orange juice, a splash of water, vinegar, salt and pepper) strain and place the sauce in the same container in which you store the meat.
Soak the meat in the marinade, let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
Choose the cooking method you prefer, if it is oven it can be at 180 ° C for 35 minutes or until they look golden but juicy.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the plate with a slice of orange, and cubes of mango.

TIPS

The cooking can be in the oven, in a pan with oil or on the grill.
