To know how to cook pork ribs you don't have to be a professional chef, much less with this recipe for baked pork ribs with Frank's® Red Hot Original sauce, which are delicious, soft and full of flavor. Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo pork rib, clean
  • 1/4 cups raw sugar
  • 1/4 cups morita chile pepper, powdered
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • to taste salt
  • enough olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Frank’S® Red Hot Original
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoons cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seed, ground
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • corn, whole yellows to accompany
  • enough cabbage salad, lodging, to accompany
  • enough potato, gajo to accompany

Preparation

Marinade the ribs with olive oil, muscovado sugar, chili powder, pepper, salt; Cover completely and let stand for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
Mix the Frank's® Red Hot Original sauce with garlic, onion, ginger, paprika, cumin, coriander seed and honey until fully integrated. Reservation.
Bathe the ribs with the sauce mixture completely, cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, at 220 ° C.
Remove from the oven, remove the foil and bathe again with the sauce mixture. Bake for 15 more minutes, at 220 ° C.
Serve with yellow corn and coleslaw.

PRESENTATION

Serve with sweet corn, potato wedges and coleslaw.

TIPS

Try to let the ribs rest with salt, pepper and chili powder long enough, as this will help the meat to soften when cooking.
