Preparation
Cook the pork ribs in water for 25 minutes, preferably in a pressure cooker, add ¼ onion, 3 bay leaves and salt to taste.
Hydrate the tree chiles with a little apple juice.
Place the cooked meat in a saucepan and pour the 300 grams of Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce; leaving it to marinate for 5 minutes.
Blend the previously hydrated tree chiles, add ½ liter of apple juice, a clove of garlic, ¼ onion and salt to taste.
Slowly place the pan with the marinated meat. Strain and pour the contents of the blender.
While the ribs are simmering, add the liquid caramel little by little, to caramelize the ribs for 25 minutes.
