Pork Ribs with Beer

  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil
  • 1/2 white onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cups sausage, chopped
  • 1/2 cups bacon, finely chopped
  • 5 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon English sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 morita chili peppers, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, roasted, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 cups dark beer
  • 1 tablespoon piloncillo
  • 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 1/2 kilos pork rib


Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil, add the onion, garlic, chorizo, bacon, paprika, cook until the fat is loose, add the onion powder, English sauce, Dijon mustard, morita pepper, tomato, Cook 5 minutes more, add the beer, the piloncillo, the orange juice, the lemon juice, season with salt and pepper to your liking, cook until you get a consistent sauce. Chill and reserve.
Marinade the ribs for 30 minutes with the sauce you previously prepared.
Serve the preparation in a tray and bake for 1 hour or until they are perfectly cooked and with a golden color. Remove from the oven.
Serve the ribs and enjoy.


Serve the ribs and accompany with sweet potato wedges.


Dip the ribs in water with salt, sugar and baking so this will give more softness and flavor to the meat.
