Pork Ribs with Beer

Always the pork ribs are the most tasty option to prepare if you crave something rich and fun, this recipe of beer ribs with morita chilli sauce, chorizo, slightly bittersweet with a touch of piloncillo and orange will make you fall in love. Accompany them with sweet potato segments.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 piece of White onion chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of sausage chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of bacon finely chopped
  • 5 spoonfuls of paprika
  • 2 spoonfuls of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of English sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 3 pieces of morita chile pepper chopped
  • 2 pieces of tomato roasted, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 cups of dark beer
  • 1 tablespoon of piloncillo
  • 1/4 of Cup of orange juice
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 1/2 kilos of pork rib

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    Heat a pan over medium heat with the oil, add the onion, garlic, chorizo, bacon, paprika, cook until the fat is loose, add the onion powder, English sauce, Dijon mustard, morita pepper, tomato, Cook 5 minutes more, add the beer, the piloncillo, the orange juice, the lemon juice, season with salt and pepper to your liking, cook until you get a consistent sauce. Chill and reserve.
    Marinade the ribs for 30 minutes with the sauce you previously prepared.
    Serve the preparation in a tray and bake for 1 hour or until they are perfectly cooked and with a golden color. Remove from the oven.
    Serve the ribs and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the ribs and accompany with sweet potato wedges.

    TIPS

    Dip the ribs in water with salt, sugar and baking so this will give more softness and flavor to the meat.
