Preparation
Peel the potatoes and cook them in boiling water with salt. When cooked, place them in a processor and add Santa Clara® Whole Milk, butter, salt and pepper.
Add the seeds of the vanilla pod and mix everything. Season the ribs with salt and pepper.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the marinade and add the pork ribs. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
