Pork Ribs with Mashed Potatoes and Vanilla

  • 1/4 cups Whole Milk Santa Clara®, for mashed potatoes
  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 sheath liquid vanilla
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 kilo pork rib
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken soup
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoons mustard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons dry thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoons dry rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 3 bay (laurel)
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste


Peel the potatoes and cook them in boiling water with salt. When cooked, place them in a processor and add Santa Clara® Whole Milk, butter, salt and pepper.
Add the seeds of the vanilla pod and mix everything. Season the ribs with salt and pepper.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients of the marinade and add the pork ribs. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and bake the pork ribs for 1 hour or until cooked to the center.
Serve the ribs along with the mashed potatoes.


Serve the pork ribs along with the mashed potato with vanilla.


You can replace the vanilla pod with vanilla essence.
