Ingredients

4 servings
  • 5 spoonfuls of vegetable oil
  • 1 piece of pork rib cut into pieces (70 gc / u approx.)
  • 3 cloves of garlic with Shell
  • 3 cans of sauce homemade 210g each
  • 3 pinches of Salt
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of black pepper milled
  • 1 Cup of Common purslane (verdolagas) washed, disinfected and dried (leaves only)
  • 1/2 piece of onion cut in pen

    Preparation

    Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the pork ribs, the garlic and fry perfectly well. Remove the fat where the ribs are browned and reserve. Add the sauce and cook for 30 minutes cover and lower the heat to a minimum. Salt pepper.
    Heat a little of the fat you reserved in a pan over medium heat. Add the beans and fry for 5 minutes. Pepper and reserve.
    Serve beans in a deep dish, place on these ribs and crown with verdolagas and onion rings.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in deep dish, putting the ribs on the beans and crown with the verdolagas.
